The door glass is the giveaway. Grease works its way between the panes and no amount of surface cleaning touches it — so we take the door off and split the glass properly.
Racks, trays, pan supports and hob centres go into a heated dip tank in the van, where carbon that would take you an entire afternoon simply lifts off. None of that mess happens in your kitchen.

Racks, trays, pan supports, hob centres and light covers go into the heated dip tank in the van.

Inside the oven: blades, scourers and an eco-friendly de-greaser. Never caustic soda, never any fumes.

Rinsed and rebuilt
Rinsed in fresh water from our in-van tank, dried, polished and reassembled. Use it straight away.
